Tor Land Resource (TorLand) Planning for Sustainable Resource Development is a small company of well-educated and experienced earth scientists, field assistants, CADD specialists, and associated professionals that strive for excellence in serving the aggregate industry in Alberta. Our experience and growth from 1994 include searches, testing, evaluation, development, conservation planning and related compliance management strategies. Our regulatory applications and planning documents for aggregate development on both Public and Private Lands in Alberta number in the hundreds. In the Spring of 2020, TorLand is now part of Paragon Soil and Environmental Consulting Inc. and offers associated specialized expertise in soils, vegetation, and wetland classification and inventory.
TorLand provides exceptional plans and strategic support for the aggregate industry, applies the latest technology, and strives to meet and exceed legislative and regulatory compliance related to the industry.
